Hi there! I'm looking for a friendly professional to take the spare double room in this first-floor flat for a short-term let, available from the end of December to the end of March 2026. (My friend will be moving in after this date.).

The Room: a reasonably sized double room that comes fully furnished (though it does not currently include a desk or office chair).

The Flat: Located on the first floor, it’s a comfortable, relaxed home.

Excellent Transport Links: We're situated between several key stations, all within a 10-minute walk:

Stockwell Station (Northern & Victoria Lines)

Clapham North Station (Northern Line)

Clapham High Street Station (Overground)

Who You'd Be Sharing With
You'd be sharing the flat with me, a 35-year-old male professional. I currently work 3 days a week in the office and 2 days from home.

In my spare time, I enjoy running, cooking, watching/playing all kinds of sports and trash TV, and exploring the local area for live comedy and eating out. I'm looking for someone who is tidy, considerate, and happy to share a relaxed home environment.

Rent: £1,050 pcm

Bills: Bills are additional and usually come to around £200 pcm. This covers: internet, council tax, and all utilities (gas, electricity, water).

Deposit: £1,100
