Description - Hey, looking for a sociable professional to take a double room in our gorgeous three-story townhouse with a huge open living space and private rear garden!

We are a group of 3 (2 male, 1 female) all aged 26/27 who largely met through SpareRoom and have really enjoyed living together. Our 4th housemate is moving out so we are looking for someone who is friendly, tidy, and outgoing to move in.

We all have our own busy social lives but like to cook and watch TV together a few times a week, sunbathe in the garden (when possible), the occasional night out/pub quiz/dinner party, and are all into our sport, the gym etc.

The house is on a lovely residential street, 5 minutes walk from Stockwell and Clapham North station in such a popular area for young professionals. The room is a well-sized double room with two large built-in wardrobes, high ceilings, tons of natural light overlooking the garden, and space for a large desk. The house has 2 bathrooms and a modern finish throughout. All bills with council tax included come to about £120pcm.
