The flat is a 4 bed, 3.5 bath flat in a gated development, less than 5 mins to Clapham north station (northern line) and less than 10 mins to Stockwell station (Victoria line). Room is furnished with a super king bed, wardrobe and desk - bathroom is shared with 1 other person. Flat is a mixture of 2 Aussies & 5 Kiwis, we all like to hang out, go for a pint or a run together, super friendly people so we are looking for someone similar to replace us! Ideally looking for a couple but singles could be considered!
