3-5 Week Sublet: Double Room In Clapham North

I’m heading back to Australia for a few weeks and looking for someone to take my room while I’m away. Ideally you take the full 5 weeks, but I’ll consider an absolute minimum of 3.

The Flat:
You’ll be living with three guys: two Irish lads and one British. All professionals working in the city. The place has a chilled, social vibe without being chaotic. Think:
• Sunday film nights
• Watching footy during the week
• The occasional pint when someone's had a long day
• Everyone cleans up after themselves (no feral behaviour)

The Room:
Fully furnished. Double bed. Personal bathroom. Desk & monitor. Very spacious!

Location:
5 minute walk to Clapham North tube station. 2 minute walk to Old Post Office Bakery (elite coffee and pastries)

Price
Full 5 weeks: £1320
4 weeks: £1055
MINIMUM 3 weeks: £790

(My preference will be to pick someone who wants to stay for the full 5 weeks, but I'm open to 3 if needed.)
