• Extras: I’m happy to sell my desk chair, drawers, and bedside table if you want the room fully set up.

• The Space: It’s a large house with a big kitchen and a separate living room. Even with 7 of us, the house is big enough that you never feel like you're on top of each other.
• The People: We’re a friendly mix of British and international professionals. Most of us head into the office during the week.
• The Atmosphere: We’re a super social group. We do the occasional house roast or party, and it’s a very friendly environment.
• Cleanliness: We have a chore list to make sure the kitchen and common areas stay tidy for everyone.
• Specs: We have a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, and fast Wi-Fi.

The Location
• Commute: Perfectly situated a 5-minute walk from both Clapham North (Northern Line) and Stockwell (Victoria & Northern Line) stations.
• Gym & Green Space: Jetts Gym is 5 mins away, and it’s a 15-minute walk to Clapham Common.
• Food & Drink: A variety of Sainsbury’s Locals are close by, with a big Sainsbury’s and Lidl about 10 mins walk away. You’re also only 15 mins walk from all the pubs in both Clapham and Brixton.

Who we’re looking for
• A tidy professional, ideally in their mid-to-late twenties.
• Someone who wants a social household and is happy to join in with the house dynamic, but also has their own life going on.
