Gorgeous double room sublet

Looking for someone to sublet my lovely, furnished double room in Clapham North/Brixton for three weeks.

About the place:
📍7 min walk from Brixton (Viccy line and National Rail), 10 min walk to Stockwell/Clapham North (Viccy and Northern line). Loads of great pubs and restaurants within walking distance.

🏡 The flat is a gorgeous, bright home with a spacious living space, two good sized double bedrooms and a shared bathroom (with a shower/bath). It also comes with a secure large parking area- perfect for car storage or to do up into an outdoor area! My current flatmate, Olli, works in the office (as a rocket scientist lol) twice a week and is friendly, tidy and social.

🛍️ Co-op, M&S, Sainsbury’s and Lidl are all nearby. Brixton and Clapham High Street both within walking distance.

💸 The rent for the sublet would be £820, including bills.

📅 Move-in date will be on the 11th of Jan. Move out date would be on the 1st of Feb.

I love staying here, the location and flat itself are so great!
