Room for rent in Clapham

We have a lovely room for rent in our large shared house. It’s an absolute steal for the area at £640 per month, with bills split between six people, bringing the total to roughly £700 per month.

The house is located right near Clapham Old Town, about a 10-minute walk to Clapham North station.

We are a household of five professionals — three Aussies, a Kiwi, and a Brit — all aged 27. We’re looking for someone similar to join us. We’re a reasonably social household and will occasionally go for drinks or watch films together, though everyone has different schedules. Cleanliness is a must, as there are quite a few of us.
We also have a big backyard, which is great in summer, as we often have BBQs when the weather is nice.

The room is available from 18th January, though the move-in date can be slightly flexible.

A valid passport or visa is required, as you will need to be added to the contract.
