Hey! We’re Matt 32, Emily, 29, Roma 27 and Sazzy 27- all full-time professionals currently working between home and the office.

We’re looking for a social and easy-going guy (to keep the house mixed) aged between 26-32 to join our home from the beginning of February

The house is a modern 5 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom place with an open plan kitchen/dining/living area that opens up to a big garden. It is furnished and has a dishwasher, washing machine, TV and all kitchen supplies. The garden is perfect for summer, gets loads of sun and has outdoor furniture and plenty of room to store our bikes.

The room is a double downstairs with an en suite and comes with a double bed and wardrobe unit and under bed storage.

You couldn’t ask for a better SW location, with heaps of London hotpots and transport connections in close walking distance:

5 minutes to Clapham North underground
10 minutes to Brixton
15 minutes to Clapham Common
10 minutes to Stockwell underground (25 min door-to-door commute to Oxford Circus on Victoria line - the dream!)

Rent: £975 pcm, plus bills
Bills: approx £120 pcm, incl. fortnightly cleaner for bathrooms & common areas
