Hey everyone, I'm moving out of my double room in Clapham north which I've lived in for 2 years and need someone to take the room and move in with my flatmate Callum.
This isn't a tenancy takeover and a new lease will be entered into.
Less than 10 min walk to Clapham north and Brixton stations and plenty of bus routes that take you almost anywhere.
Flatmate is a friendly 21 year old journalist who is looking for a clean, sociable and respectful flatmate. He is always up for a chat and go for the odd pub trip/watch some films together, but is also looking for someone who’s happy to do their own thing and chill out.
Not suitable for someone who works from home more than 1/2 days a week or is particularly loud or untidy.
Room is available 1st February so please let me know if you're interested in viewing or if you have any questions.
