I am looking for someone to takeover my tenancy mid-end of February as I am moving into my boyfriend’s place.

The room is a gorgeous bright, fully furnished double room with patio balcony access and had lots of storage!

The house:

• 4 toilets & 3 bathrooms (no morning queues!)

• 3 outdoor spaces – top-floor patio, front garden & back yard

• Coded security gate – very safe & secure

You’d be sharing with three professional girls – Emily, Jen & Holly (23–26). We’re sociable, friendly and enjoy a mix of brunches, nights out, Pilates sessions and the occasional run on the Common. We’re ideally looking for someone around a similar age who’s up for being part of the house, not just renting a room 💕

🚇 4-minute walk to Clapham North (Northern Line)

🚇 10-minute walk to Stockwell (Northern & Victoria Lines)

🚆 10-minute walk to Overground (Windrush Line)

Rent: £1262.50 a month with bills coming to approx £140 including a bi- weekly cleaner!!

Deposit = 6 weeks rent
