I'm moving out of my lovely flat in Clapham North and looking for someone to take over my tenancy until 28 September 2026.

This master bedroom features:

- Floor-to-ceiling windows with plenty of natural light
- Rear-facing position for a peaceful, quiet atmosphere – ideal for working from home
(Other furniture shown in photos is mine and will be removed.)
The flat has a spacious kitchen and living room and comes with a washing machine and dishwasher.
Your Flatmate
You'll be living with Elif, 26, who works for a law firm. She has the smaller room in the flat, so her desk is in the living room and she works from there on Thurs-Fri. She has a partner who stays over sometimes. Guests of your own are of course welcome!
Location & Transport
- 5-minute walk to Clapham North station (Northern line)
- 8-minute walk to Stockwell station (Victoria line)
- Close to Sainsburys, M&S, cafes, restaurants, bars, and fitness studios
- Clapham Common just down the road
Rent & Bills
Rent: £1,380 per month (total flat rent £2,560)
Council tax: £69.50 per month
Electric & gas: £71 (winter) / £50 (summer)
The landlord requires:
- Proof of employment with income of at least 30x the monthly rent (or a guarantor)
- Right to rent valid through September 2026
- Standard reference check will be done
