Double room in lovely Clapham sharehouse

We have a cozy and cute double room in our girls share house opening up!!

We're in the perfect location, within a 5 minute walk to Clapham North station (Northern Line) and Clapham High Street station (Windrush Line). Tonnes of bars, pubs, restaurants and shops down Clapham High Street, and the Common is only a 10 minute walk away.

The house has a spacious kitchen, dining area, living room, and a backyard for summer hang outs. The room comes fully furnished with good storage, and catches some afternoon sun.

We're looking for a girl, mid to late twenties/early thirties, professional, tidy and respectful. Current housemates have their own social circles but still love a household hang, both at home and at the pub. You would be living with two Australians and a Canadian.

Caitlin - 28, Aussie, loves theatre and reading, pursuing acting/writing but works in a jewellery store, religiously goes to the Venn Street Farmer's Market on a Saturday
Ellen - 31, Aussie, homebody, loves a cozy night in with good food and wine (or tequila), loves to travel and will absolutely be getting back into reading this year, she swears
Camryn - 26, Canadian, works in sustainability, also a reader, loves the pub, loves a movie night (won't remember anything that just happened) and a Saturday morning charity shop trip

Rent includes Council Tax (Council Tax Band E). Bills are usually around £100pcm.
