Double Room in 3 bed flat in Clapham North

I am moving out of my double room in a 3 bed flat in Clapham North. The room comes with a bed, wardrobe and 2 small cabinets. I have had a desk and TV stand in the room with no problem so the room is very appropriate for working from home (I have done so many times).

The flat is a 5 minute walk from both Clapham North tube station (Northern Line) and Clapham High Street Overground station (Windrush Line) as well as Clapham High Street itself.

The flat is 2 storied and is on the second floor of the flat block. There is a lift that normally works fine.

The flat has a shared living room and kitchen, with one toilet and one bathroom which are in separate rooms to each over. There is also a small balcony.

The flat comes with a washing machine and dishwasher, a double oven with a hob, a fridge-freezer and collectively we have a living room TV, iron, ironing board and drying racks.

The current flatmates are Sam and Matthew, both 25 and both working in the city. They are primarily in the office 5 days a week. Both cook, but also keep the place tidy. We all primarily keep to ourselves but that's not to say we are against socialising!

The rent is £855/month + bills which are usually around £100-120 per person. The deposit is £900. Rent is paid directly by each tenant to the landlord and bills are handled by Sam, with the other 2 transferring him their share each month.

The council tax is included within the bills, it is Lambeth Council Band C.

The flat would be suitable for any professional.

The very earliest this flat would be available would be Sat 14th Feb, however later move in dates are fine. It may also take a bit of time to sort out the contracts with the letting agent however you can have the keys before then.
