Double room with en-suite, Clapham North

I am moving out to get a place with a friend so putting my room up. After a quick turnaround, looking to move out 1st March

All bills included. Double room, ensuite.

Tenancy runs until 31st August, option to continue on after that. 12 month tenancy but you have the option to move out whenever, you just have to fill the room, which is so easy, demand for location is crazy. But also gives a lot of freedom which is nice.

It’s a lovely room, huge for London, all furniture is included. 5 minute walk from Clapham North (Nothern line) and Clapham high street station.

It’s the best room in the house, with an ensuite. One other room has an en suite and there are two main bathrooms shared between 3.

Kitchen/lounge with sofa, tv, washing machine, drier, all the usual stuff, loads of storage everywhere.

Also a cleaner that comes every fortnight which is so handy, included in the rent.

The boys are all quality too, usually go for pub trips, few of boys play footie and golf so always doing stuff together. It’s a pretty social house but also quiet midweek, they’re all a good laugh and very welcoming. I’m 28 so a tad older than them boys but wouldn’t have even noticed.

Jacob - 23 (Kiwi, Manager, plays every sport and loves a bottle a wine)
Ben - 23 (Scottish, Recruitment, into golf and events)
Ari - 22 (Indian, Social Media, funny bloke, always laughing, into the gym)
Hiro - 21 (Japanese, Art, also into the gym and ordering deliveroo)

Always have the footie on and just good energy to be around, sort of boys you can’t not get along with.

There’s street parking available by permit.
All bills included in the rent.
Landlord is really responsive if there are any issues too
