Looking for someone to take over my
lease in my 2 bed flat in Clapham North
from 31/03/2026. Lease ends on 31/07/2026.

You’d be sharing with 1 other boy who is a working professional from Scotland. He works in clinical trials so he is in the lab 5x a week. He’s clean & super friendly. Enjoys cooking, few pints, watching tv, films.

Rent is £1050 + Bills (£100/£150)

Flat & bedroom comes fully furnished. Bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers & can leave my desk if you would like it.

Clapham High Street: 5 min walk
Clapham North Station: 5 min walk
Brixton Station: 12 min walk

Loads of amazing pubs, restaurants, gyms & big supermarkets close by.

You will have to go through a full vetting process with Keatings Estate agent so must be able to provide full employment details etc etc.
