Bright Double Room in Friendly Clapham Flat – Available April

I’m moving out and looking for someone to take over my room in a lovely, well-located flat in Clapham from April.

The location is unbeatable – just moments from Clapham High Street and a short walk to Clapham Common, perfect for morning runs, weekend walks, and making the most of all the nearby cafes, bars, and shops. Transport links are excellent, with Clapham North tube (Northern Line) right next door, Clapham High Street Overground close by, and Stockwell (Victoria Line) just a short walk away, making commuting across London really easy.

The room is bright and comfortable. There isn’t space to work from home in the bedroom itself, but there is a desk area upstairs that’s perfect for working or studying when needed. The flat is homely and practical, with everything you need day-to-day and a welcoming, lived-in feel.

You’ll be living with two friendly girls in their 20s who are both working professionals. It’s a sociable but relaxed household where everyone does their own thing but enjoys a chat in the evenings or the occasional catch-up.
