Double room available in Clapham North

I am moving out of my room in Clapham North so am looking for someone to replace me! Rent is £1003 with ALL bills included! It’s a lovely good-size double bedroom with a very spacious built in wardrobe, and plenty of room for a desk.

You’ll be sharing with 3 other friendly girls, all aged between 22 and 28 who are professionals. There’s no preference for whether you WFH or go into the office as the room can accommodate both :)

The flat is a 4 minute walk from Clapham North Station, a 4 minute walk from Clapham High Street overground, and a 15 minute walk from Stockwell. There are plenty of cute cafes and popular pubs just a few moments’ walk from the flat, so there’s plenty to do.
