📍 Location: SW9 perfectly positioned between Stockwell tube station and Clapham North tube station.

• Master bedroom with ensuite

• Plenty of space (definitely the best room in the house)

Rent: £1,300 pcm
Bills: ~£65 council tax + £20–50 utilities
Available: Early May 2026

👥 The Housemates

You’ll be living with four young professionals (24–27):

• Jake – Engineer
• Shomik – Finance
• George – Real estate
• Sam – Lawyer

The house is social without being chaotic.

• Always down for a few beers together or some form of ping pong on the dining room table
• Head to the pub or out in Clapham (the swan and the falcon are house favourites)

The boys are big into sport (cricket, football, golf and a bit of tennis/padel) and generally keep things pretty relaxed.

Ideally someone who:

• Is a young professional
• Enjoys a social house vibe
• Is clean and easygoing
• Is up for the odd beer or house hang

Couples probably not ideal for this room.
