Through the combination of luck, determination and being an only child, I was able to acquire a spacious 3-bedroom flat in an incredible location: ~7min walk to Clapham North and Clapham Common stations, 5min walk to Clapham High St overground station.

The 2 friends I have been living with since I first got my place 5 years ago recently moved out and I am keen to find 1 or 2 new people to share it with myself and my dog (dachshund called Saffron)

[ABOUT THE PLACE]
- 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, large living room and dining room, balcony
- top (2nd) floor in a 3-flat building (lots of loft storage!)
- the two spare bedrooms are roughly the same square m size (see floorplan) and both contain a double bed and wardrobe; I can buy and install additional shelves/storage no problem
- 1Gbps WiFi via Virgin Media cable

- 34yo, freelance management consultant (currently mostly work from home)
- do stand-up comedy and graphic design & illustration as hobbies/not overly lucrative side hustles
- am quite proficient at DYI (did most of the work on my place myself)
- like to stay active and social; always up for exploring new places and activities!

[ABOUT YOU]
- professional, late 20s to early 30s
- like dogs (this is non-negotiable, for obvious reasons)
- down to hang
