Looking for someone to takeover my room in a 2-bed flat in Clapham North. It is a 7-min walk to Clapham North underground/high street station and 10 mins to Stockwell. The tenancy takeover will begin from 5th June but flexible on the actual move in day. Deposit is £1153.
Rent is £980 per month (exc. bills which usually come to £150pp). Living with one other girl who is 26yrs old and works in graphic design. She enjoys tennis, running, movie nights, and the occasional pub trip. We are looking for someone like minded, easy to live with, and down to hang out but also respects personal space.
