We’re looking for someone to take over a room in an amazing and friendly flat share in Clapham North.

Super convenient location - only a short walk to both Clapham North & Stockwell stations.

It’s a bright and large room in a modern flat within a secure gated development with a private garden (great for the summer!).
It also has a great living area and open plan kitchen, perfect for hosting.
We also have a great relationship with our Landlord who is always quick with any requests/repairs.

You will be living with three professionals (mid-twenties to early thirties, one guy and two girls). It's the perfect balance, we’re social and enjoy hanging out together (tv in the evenings, chatting in the kitchen etc) but also respectful of each other’s space and work schedules.
