Room available in share house in Clapham North

I’m sadly making the move back home to Australia, which means my room in my fabulous share house in Clapham North is available from July!

Rent: £907.7/month + bills
Bills are split evenly between the 5 housemates, and I usually budget around £60–£80 per month.

About the house
This is a lovely 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom house with a spacious living room, kitchen and terrace that’s especially gorgeous in the warmer months.

The location is incredibly well connected:
• 7-minute walk to Clapham North Tube
• 8-minute walk to Clapham High Street Station
• 12-minute walk to Brixton Tube

You’re also within easy walking distance of Clapham High Street and Clapham Common. One of my favourite things about living here has been how easy it is to get around London!

About the room
A gorgeous sunny double room overlooking a small park, so you get a lovely bit of greenery right outside your window. The room comes furnished with:
• Double bed
• Desk
• Chest of drawers
• Built-in wardrobe

You’ll be sharing a bathroom with two toilets with two others.

Housemates
You’ll be living with a lovely couple from New Zealand, an Aussie girl, and a Welsh guy. Everyone is super friendly and respectful. We enjoy the occasional shared meal or TV night, and it’s not a party house.

The house is looking for a female housemate aged around 24-30s who is tidy, respectful, and friendly 😊

Move-in date: Wednesday 15 July
I can also be flexible and move out earlier if needed.
