One of our housemates is moving in with mates, which means a room is up for grabs from ~28 June.


The house 🏡

* It’s a spacious three-storey house with a modern kitchen, a large open plan living room, and a private patio garden which is perfect for BBQs or evening drinks.
* There’s also a basement for storage , so plenty of space for all the extras.
* The house has two bathrooms and an extra downstairs toilet.
* The street itself is quiet, but Clapham and Brixton are both a short walk away - so you’ve got pubs, parks, cafés and nightlife all close by.
* Clapham North/High Street: 5 minute walk.
* Brixton: 10/15 minute walk.

* The available room is the bedroom on the first floor.
* Fully furnished
* You’ll share a bathroom with one other (female).

You’d be joining:

* Michael - Brit (M, 28) - Tech Sales, training for an Ironman, loves all sport, musician, always up for the pub.

* Emily - Brit (F, 26) – legal anaylst, pilates girl, and loves a wine night.⁠

* Brian - Irish (M, 27) - Tax Consultant, loves music, travel & good food. Also always up for the pub

We’re a sociable household who enjoy a trip to the pub, the odd house meal and social. But we’re also busy with work, gym, travel and making the most of London .


Who we’re looking for

* Age 25-32
* Someone sociable, outgoing and easy-going, who’s up for being part of the house, not just renting a room.
* If you like a laugh, enjoy being active , and want to live in a home where people get on, you’ll fit right in.

The details 📑

* Rent: £1,020 estimated bills with fortnightly cleaner (around £170/month)
* Roughly £1,190 in total (with bills and cleaner)
* Move-from Sunday 28 June
* Room is fully furnished as shown in the photos
