Flat Details: 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom, lounge, kitchen, room access directly to the garden and pool. The pool and garden area is shared with tenants of 11,13 & 15 Gauden road. All the neighbours are super lovely and I tend to have the pool to myself a lot of the time! You will be sharing with one lovely British gal Chloe.

Note: there is currently external works happening on the property which is why there is scaffolding the door to the garden. This is for long term benefit of the property and will be completed over the next couple of months.
