We are the basement flat, but through this bedroom you have access to the garden.
Current flatmates are two friendly, female professionals in their 30s, who both work full time and are split between office and home working.
The room has a sink and is furnished with bed and draws, with a wardrobe just outside the room.
The landlord will only consider individuals who do not require a guarantor.
Rent is £950pcm, and property is rented out as a whole property, not by room. Bills are approx £125 per month. Deposit is £950.
