Room Available in Clapham North

I’m looking to fill the double bedroom in my two-bedroom flat! It’s about a 10–15 minute walk to both Clapham North and Stockwell tube stations, and around a 10-minute walk to Wandsworth Road Overground.

The bedroom itself is fairly small, but the flat has a really spacious layout. There is a built-in desk in the main living area that we can share; can be used as a workspace, vanity, or whatever you need.

I’m looking for someone around 24–27 who’s clean, sociable, and wants to be friends, not just roommates. Ideally, you work in the office or hybrid! I’m a very clean and tidy person, so I’m looking for someone who’s the same and helps keep the flat looking nice.

A little about me: I’m 25, originally from California, and I’ve been living in London for about a year. I’m a recruiter & work in-office 4 days a week. I like staying active and love hot yoga, walks, pilates, cooking, and traveling. I’m always down to try new restaurants, go thrifting, or have a fun weekend adventure. That said, I also love a chill day on the couch watching reality TV. I’d love to find someone with a similar lifestyle!
