Nice Double in Clapham North in a spacious flat!

Due to my current flatmate moving out after buying their own place, I now have a nice double room available from 18th September which comes furnished (bed, wardrobe, and chest of drawers). There is also space for you to have a desk in the living room if you need to WFH.

I do need to have someone agreed to take the room by 20th August or the flat in it’s entirety will not be available unfortunately.

It's a nice, clean and quiet 2 bed flat with separate kitchen and dining/lounge and one bathroom. The flat has a large but cosy feel to it due to rooms being separated by the stairs. The flat is 5 minutes to Clapham North (Northern Line)/Clapham High Street (Overground) and great access to loads of shops and restaurants/bars – plus the new M&S on the high street!.

About me, so there's probably too much to know but a little... I'm a pretty easy going guy that has lived in London for a while now, I work for a fintech which keeps me busy. I’m in the office 1-2 days a week and WFH the rest (way more productive at home!). I'm really into my food and wine so love eating out (my bank balance doesn't), also a bit of a gamer and love my films!

I would be looking for a clean, tidy and sociable flatmate that is obviously a bit of fun and doesn't mind a pub outing once in a while but also respects privacy and when you just need those lazy or quiet days to yourself! I’d also be looking for someone that also works in the office/home at a similar pace to me, so we not always stepping on toes ha!

Rent is £950 pcm
Bills are around £120.00
Deposit is the value of 5 weeks rent (around £1,096.15)
It’s a years tenancy agreement.
