The flat itself is clean, quiet and surprisingly spacious, with a separate kitchen and living/dining room. Because the bedrooms are split across the stairs, it feels like everyone has their own space, making it a really comfortable place to live.

You’re also right in the middle of everything Clapham has to offer, with loads of great cafés, restaurants, pubs and shops on your doorstep, plus the new M&S just around the corner.

I’m an easy-going professional working in fintech. I split my week between the office (usually 1–2 days) and working from home.

Outside work I enjoy good food, cooking, films, gaming and getting out to restaurants or the pub with friends every now and then.

I’m looking for someone who’s clean, considerate and easy to live with—someone who enjoys a friendly chat but also appreciates everyone’s own space. Ideally you’ll have a similar working pattern so the flat feels comfortable for both of us.
