🔹We have a lovely double room to rent in a large Victorian terrace house, perfectly situated between Clapham North and Stockwell (zone 2). The nearest tube is Stockwell (Victoria/Northern Line) with both Brixton, Clapham North and Clapham Overground less than a 10 minute walk away.

🛏️ Upstairs bedroom at the back of the house, furnished with double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Outward housemate is happy to negotiate on leaving her desk and chair. The room also has a toilet/sink ensuite.

🏠 The house has 2 communal living rooms, 2 bathrooms (1 with shower the other with shower/bath) and a kitchen & dining area. There is also a small sun trap garden with a seating area, perfect during the summer months. We have 2 fridges, a dishwasher, air fryer, washing machine, dryer and a basement for additional storage.

🕺🏼 We are a group of young professionals who like to keep the house a home. We enjoy catching up with each other in the house when we are all in, but also have our own hobbies/friendship groups. Your potential future housemates are:
Josh - 🏳️‍🌈 33, works in Procurement, loves the gym and also teaches Irish dance.
Daniel - 32, resident Kiwi who works as in Risk & Compliance, and loves to travel.
Simon - 🏳️‍🌈 33, works in Strategy and loves music/festivals.

💃🏼 We’re looking for friendly, like-minded housemate who enjoys socialising and is LGBTQ+/friendly. As with any house shares, being clean and tidy is essential. Preferably a non-smoker and someone who works 9-5 to fit the vibe of the house.

💸 The deposit is £850 required when accepting the room. The rent is £948 per month, and approx £132 extra for all bills, broadband, and some house consumables. The room will be available approx 1st September (outgoing housemate is flexible though).
