Hello! I’m sadly moving home, which means a huge double room is up for grabs in an amazing location, just a 2 minute walk from Clapham North tube station (ideal for quick trips on the Northern line).

It’s a bright, 3rd floor flat with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. You’ll be sharing a bathroom with just one housemate who is very clean and easy to share with. The flat has a spacious kitchen (fully equipped with shared appliances) and a great living area. Plus, there’s a huge balcony linking all three bedrooms and the living room, perfect for getting some fresh air.

You’ll be moving in with two lovely guys (aged 24–30). They’re very chill, super easy to get along with, and enjoy gym sessions and casual pub trips, but they also respect everyone’s down time.

Rent: £1,305 per month
Bills: around £160 per month
Deposit: £1,584 (we split the deposit equally 3 ways, but we split the rent based on room size)

Move in date ideally 6th September 2026 but flexible.

Looking for someone to take over my spot on the lease. Estate agent will require the usual references/salary check/guarantor.
