I’m looking for a new flatmate for a lovely 2 bed, 2 bath flat on a quiet mews in Clapham. My current flatmate has bought a place of her own, so I’m looking for someone who wants a comfortable, relaxed and genuinely homely place to live.

The room is a small double and comes unfurnished, with your own separate bathroom. The rest of the flat is fully furnished with my furniture. It was nicely refreshed when we moved in less than two years ago, and I want whoever moves in to feel like it’s their home too. If there’s anything you’d like to change or add to the shared space, I’m always game!

You’d just need to provide your own bed, wardrobe and bedside tables for the bedroom.

👋 A bit about me

I’m 32 and work in the office 5 days a week. Outside work, I’m sociable, love Pilates, seeing friends and trying new places, but also enjoy a chilled night in.

I’m looking for someone who has their own life and friends, and is happy doing their own thing, but who also enjoys having a flatmate relationship rather than just being two people who happen to share a kitchen.

If we’re both home, I’d be very happy to have a glass of wine, order some food and binge a series together - equally, if you’ve had a long day and want to shut your bedroom door and do your own thing, that’s completely fine too!

I’d ideally like someone who is primarily office-based. The odd WFH day is absolutely fine, but I’m not looking for somewhere dominated by a WFH routine.

Bills approx. £250 pcm (wifi, council tax, water, electricity, cleaner)

Move-in: 7 November (flexible)
New tenancy would start 8 November and be managed through Foxtons.
