We’re looking for someone to rent our lovely large double bedroom in Clapham North / Stockwell, available from September 2026 to January 2027 for a 5-month stay, or a shorter term stay if agreed at the start.

The room is really spacious and comes with its own private bathroom (not en suite) with shower over bath. Quiet, with almost no traffic noise.

Great location with excellent access to transport, shops, restaurants and everything Clapham has to offer.

Rent is £1,400 per month, including all bills.

You’ll be sharing the home with a friendly and considerate gay couple, who take great pride in keeping their home clean, comfortable and welcoming.

We’re looking for a respectful, tidy and easy-going housemate who is non-smoking.

There are several bus stops within a few minutes’ walk, including Union Road, which is approximately 1–2 minutes away.
