Bright Double Room in Clapham North

My flatmate is sadly moving out, so I’m looking for a new person to join me in our lovely flat! 🏡

About the flat:
The flat has been recently refurbished (kitchen and bathroom are modern) and benefits from loads of natural light throughout the day (although the pictures really don’t do it justice!).

The room itself gets plenty of natural light. It’s not the biggest room, but there is additional space in the living room for the person taking the room to use — for example, you can set up your desk/workspace there, as shown in the photos.

Location-wise: it’s super convenient:
- less than5 minutes from Clapham North
- Clapham High Street is literally down the road, with plenty of restaurants, bars and shops nearby.
- 12 minutes from Stockwell

A little bit about me:💁‍♀️

I’m Evelyn, I work in Finance and am normally in the office four days a week. I’m big into running and have recently started training for a triathlon, so I’m usually out doing something sporty! I’m Italian, love cooking and socialising, but I’m also respectful of other people’s space and enjoy having a relaxed home environment.

I’m looking for someone friendly, tidy and considerate who would be keen to make the flat feel like home and not just a house share!
