September 13th - 27th, All the bills are included. 2 weeks rent rent and deposit £100 in advance-£600. If you need to stay for a month to bridge a gap that's fine. It's a lovely, light, comfortable double bedroom with a vanity unit. a high ceiling and skylight in a fabulous, 4 bed, Victorian house with a secluded garden. (It always feels as if there are only 2 people here!... quiet and relaxing.)

The bedroom has a Double bed, a desk, fitted cupboard, and shelves. There is a large armchair and bucket armchair.

Its just, 5 minutes to the Victorian and Northern lines. (Brixton and Clapham North), 20 minutes to the centre of London. There are all amenities in Brixton and Clapham close by; Gyms, Swimming pools, cinemas, restaurants and bars.

Facilities include; Wifi, washing machine, central heating. 2 fridges between 4 people and a spacious freezer.

I am a freelance illustrator and coach and will be travelling for two weeks. This lovely room is yours while I am away. All shelves and table tops will be clear. It is ideal for someone who is considerate and reliable between move or to enjoy a break in London. A safe and pleasant home.

The house has a friendly and down to earth atmosphere. All are very professional. You can work quietly or be sociable.

I have had the house since 1991 and always shared it with others. It has worked very well. All are active, healthy and enjoy sharing each other's cooking now and then. There is a second loo which is very handy.

A real gem.
