A Double Bedroom available in a top floor / duplex apartment close to Clapham North and Stockwell tube stations (5-7 minutes walk). The apartment is in a gated development with only 7 other flats and a few houses.
The room is approx 10'' x 10''.
The room has a double bed with an Eve mattress, a bedside table and a chest of drawers. There is an additional built-in cupboard in the room for hanging clothes.
NB: there is not room for a regular sized desk if you do any WFH. However there is a dining table in the lounge that can be used.
There is a shared bathroom with power shower and an upstairs lounge (very large, 2 full walls of glass with great views, Smart TV, Bose surround sound system, Netflix & Amazon prime video), large terrace (currently being renovated), laundry room, separate kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, ovens, electric hob, fridge / freezers, further smaller terrace).
The apartment has a mix of underfloor heating and radiators. All bills are included except if the electricity goes over £2000 per year. Then the surplus is split evenly. (this has not happened for the last 18 months)
The new tenant would be sharing with two male professionals. We tend to be quiet, tidy, chilled and happy to chat and socialise but there is also plenty of room in the flat to be alone.
No smoking or drugs in the flat.

The room is available from late January.
