Double Room period house (monday - friday)

Hi, i have a room to rent in a sunny victorian terraced house . looking for someone who wants the room 3-5 days per week (e. g. Monday to Friday). Looking for a mature and responsible flat share ideally who mainly works away from home. as i am based at home. I have an office room which i am willing to share for times you want to work at home. I work as a counsellor and therapist.

Double room with high ceilings. Built in wardrobe with extra storage space and desk. High quality mattress on beds.

Im a freelance researcher consultant and now staring up my own private psycotherapy practise after stuyding for four years. I'm social and easy going. Would prefer someone with a mature attitude who likes to keep the place tidy, but i'm not overly anal either.

The house is modern, bright and totally refurbhshied a few years ago. It was painted throughout last year. Downstairs is a nice open plan lounge / dining room and fully equipped kitchen and dishwasher. Lounge has big flat screen tv, but its tucked away in the corner so doesn't dominate. Decor is modern / neutral. Oak wooden floors throughout the house

Washer/dryer/Wi-fi all included. House is perfectly situated between Clapham North and Brixton Tubes (5 Mins Brixton 7 Mins Clapham North) for both Northern and Victoria Line.
