Lovely double room 5 mins from Clapham North

Hera is a flat-share ideally located 5 mins walking from Clapham North station.

The flat comes with an open plan living room, dining area with flat screen TV and kitchen. The kitchen has a U shaped layout and a couple of stools. It is off from the main living area so whoever is cooking is not intruding on the others chilling out on the sofas. The kitchen has everything you need, including a washing machine.

Next to the entrance there is only your room, few steps down from the rest of the home therefore you will have your own privacy. It is quite spacious and it comes with a built in wardrobe with 2 doors. The room is actually bigger than what you can see in the picture, next to the entrance door there is also a good size chest of five drawers. The room has a lot of natural light and faces a quiet internal courtyard.

Don’t worry if you have a lot of stuff or you need to put your big empty bags somewhere. There is a storage next to the entrance and a huge one in our room too.

We are 31 and 32 and we like to chill out and have a glass of wine time to time. Silvia works in the charity sector while I am working as a financial dealer in the City. We're a couple, but not a "touchy feely" "couply couple", if that makes sense. It feels more like mates. We'd hope to find someone for the flat that would become one of our mates too, not just a tenant. We are the only ones living in the flat which is definitely a plus when it comes to sharing common spaces!

I usually wake up at 5: 45 to go to work while Silvia has more normal working hours therefore there will be no problems sharing the bathroom :-)

You are only 5 minutes walking from Clapham North station and the high street is just round the corner, with plenty of nice bars and restaurants nearby. There are regular trains into central London and regular night buses too.

There is also a huge Sainsbury’s just 5 minutes from our flat with a butcher and fishmonger too inside. Clapham has a lot of character and it’s definitely one of the trendiest areas in London!

All utility bills, council tax, broadband and TV rental are around 120£/month if you are a couple and 80£/month if you are a single.

Just pay up one month's rent in advance and the security deposit and you are good to go.
