Short let (two months) : House in Clapham North

ONLY TWO MONTHS DUE TO THE OWNER SELLS THE HOUSE One housemate is wanted for a three-bed house near Clapham North/ Brixton/Stockwell station, both stations are reachable by walking about 8-10 min.
This arty period house has a large two-room size living, and a separate kitchen/dining, and garden, with
bare plaster finished walls thought out the house internally.

Rent:
Regular rent is £650/month

Deposit £650 is payable when you decide to take the room

Bills:
Regular bills and Council tax are about £83/month + Gas and Electricity bill/monthly

Gas +Electricity is billed every three months billed, the amount varies depending on usage
since recent energy prices rise we can not estimate how much for Gas and Electricity

The double room will be fitted with a double bed and a wardrobe.

Viewings can be arranged over weekends.
The room is available from 28th November 2023 till 28th January 2024 and is shared with two housemates, one designer, and one film producer.
We are looking for someone who can take the room from the above date.

The room is NOT for a couple.

We have been having overwhelming responses.
So we just let you know that our house is very quiet, we are more introverts than extroverts.
We wake up early and leave for work every morning so we do like to sleep at night, particularly during the week.
If you think you may have your friend/ partner coming over and sleeping over often then the house may not work for you. This is also because we have only one bathroom.
