We're on the hunt for a new housemate with move in date 1st March 2019.

The ideal housemate to join our friendly flat:
- works full time
- is clean & respectful
- likes a chat or wine after work
- house trained
- enjoys a good mix of socialising/down time

The room/house:

Is a 5 minute walk East of Clapham North station. Large room, complete with wardrobe and dresser, double bed. Large kitchen. Back garden with bbq (we're all for a good Sat/Sun grill session). All amenities are within walking distance. Quiet street. 10 minutes to Brixton & the common. And yes, we've got a washing machine & dryer.

The current housemates are two male and female professionals working in the city, like spending time together and are looking for someone to be part of our home and not just use it as a base.

What's included:

First of all, no deposit required!

Bills are usually £30-£40 each month, which includes broadband. Council tax is £40 per month. We have a fortnightly cleaner which is £5 per week.
