A cosy room has become available in a house, in a great location.

We are looking for a new housemate in our same age range so preferred if you are 30+. We all get along, but also lead our own lives and respect each others space.. We are looking for someone who is respectful, house trained and is after a place to call home - not a party house.

The house is in a great location just a short walk from Clapham North and Clapham Common stations, and a walkable distance or short bus to Brixton/Victoria Line.

The house itself is over 3 stories and has 2 bathrooms, with lounge & patio area.

Note: The room is on the small side but this is reflected in the rent.

Bills: Gas & electric and weekly cleaner are split. This is approx. £65p/m and we have water and tv license included in the rent.

The room is available from 1st of Jan 2025. We will hold viewings in December and will organise that via email.
