Double room available in an amazing 4 bed, 3 story house just off Clapham High street.
We are looking for someone awesome to join the crew!

Terraced house, 4 decent sized double rooms, spread across 3 floors. Has just had a refurb.... The living room and separate kitchen are both pretty big with a decent sized dining area also. The place has a good sized garden - excellent for BBQ's... there are 3 bathrooms so you will only be sharing a bathroom with two other....there are no early morning shower queues in our house!

The important bit - you're flatmates;

Susie - action film fan and one liner extraordinaire. Quick witted and good easy going company for take away nights or a pint in the local. She likes the gym and a good old Sunday stroll round to the common or even as far as Fulham (?!) - this is written by Eliot and I pinky swear it's all true

Eliot - There is nothing that phases this optimistic well-mannered gentleman. He enjoys a pint, keeping fit and the odd whisky at home whilst wearing his Bulldog slippers! You’ll often finding him broadening his horizons by watching something thought provoking on the TV.... like Peaky Blinders or Die Hard

Michael & Dani ( the house couple)

Michael - classic northern lad, a Yorkshire tea drinking gym goer who also loves a whisky, sports and his Country music. Easy going, fun and regularly offering cups of tea. Following a stint in Canada and the southern states of America, Michael makes epic chicken wings and after a few drinks he will teach you to line dance!

Dani - the newest addition to the house and another easy going gal, all the way from Australia! She has been in the U. K. for the last 4 years. Dani is an avid baker and enjoys long walks, puppies and is partial to a glass of rose.

Looking for someone sociable that we can go to the pub with but also someone who's happy to spend a night in watching movies and eating pizza - we don't ask too much!

The room:
The room available is a big double room on the 1st floor, light, fresh, carpeted, bathroom shared with 1 other on the same floor. Bedroom has loads of space and storage (fully furnished)

The bills:
Bills work out at about £130 each per month and include netflix / broadband. The deposit is one months rent and agency fees approx £50 so all together is a total of £865 up front (excluding first months rent)

We have been in the property for two and a half years now and it is such an amazing place to live, we have a great house dynamic and are looking for the perfect new addition
