The flat is situated on the first floor of a block of three high and over looks small well maintained garden.
The main door of the block has electronic security key entry system.
The flat is clean and in excellent decorative order.
The kitchen and bath room are modern. The bathroom has a built in shower, wash hand basin and toilet. The kitchen has been fitted with gas hob and oven, washing machine, microwave and fridge freezer.
ROOM ONLY NO LOUNGE
The bedroom for rent has recently been redecorated, and is for single occupation only and is furnished with a double ottoman storage bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair.
There is a 100mb shared Wi-Fi and broadband internet connection to all rooms.
The rent is £695 per calendar month and is inclusive of utility bills.
Deposit of £695 and one month’s rent in advance on entry.
