Housemates:
Sharing with a gay guy in his forties, friendly eCommerce manager, geek, cross fit, travelling (when permitted). And Spanish gay guy, 35, social, works in retail.

Looking for friendly, considerate, chilled flatmate who wants to make the place their home. Social enough for catch ups and food/wine together from time to time, but happy to do our own stuff too.

Rent £675/month + £125/month for all bills (council tax, energy, broadband, TV license etc. Cleaner to be reviewed pending Covid19 rules). Total £800/month. Deposit £1,000.
