Looking preferably for a professional gay friendly male that works in retail or office based, (No working from home) who is a non smoker, quiet, tidy, friendly and fun to be around and respects property. You would be sharing my home with three other friendly gay males in a four bedroom private flat, which is a five minute walk from Stockwell station.

The flat is situated on the first floor of a block of three high and over looks small well maintained garden.

The main door of the block has electronic security key entry system. Parking is also available through a parking permit, which can be purchased.

The flat is clean and in excellent decorative order.

The kitchen and bath room are modern. The bathroom has a built in shower, wash hand basin and toilet. The kitchen has been fitted with gas hob and oven, washing machine, microwave and fridge freezer.

ROOM ONLY NO LOUNGE

The bedroom for rent has just been redecorated, and is for single occupation only and is furnished with a double ottoman storage bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair.

There is a 250mb shared Wi-Fi and broadband internet connection to all rooms.

The rent is £725 per calendar month and is inclusive of utility bills.

Deposit of £725 and one month’s rent in advance on entry.

Applicants must be in full time employment.

Stockwell Station is a 5 minute walk which is connected by 2 tube lines Victoria and Northern Line.
155,345,88,2 day buses and also N155, N2, N88, N76 running all night and day from the Centre of London to Stockwell.

Vauxhall is 20 min walk

London eye is 30 min walk
