Beautiful double room in Balham

Hi

We are looking for one flatmate to come into a beautiful three bed house in Balham / Clapham South. (Photos don't do it justice!!)

The house has everything you could wish for including a garden which catches the sun, TV, Internet and great housemates.

We are also situated 7 minutes walk from Clapham South tube, 1 minute walk from the common, tennis courts and lovely bars surround us either side.

You'll be living with two girls - Niav, 35, Irish, working in advertising and Steph, 34, Australian, working in Law. We are looking for one sociable flatmate who can look to enjoy this fantastic house as much as we do.

Available from Saturday 11 October but can flex this slightly if needed with the current flatmate (who is leaving us to move to Australia). Bills not included but we add on a flat rate of £140 each month to cover bills (includes a cleaner). The room is suitable for someone that works in the office most of the week as the room doesn’t really fit a permanent desk set up.

We will be doing viewings over the next few weeks so please let us know if you are interested.

We are doing viewings next Tues 26 and Thursday 28th eve, so let us know which suits.
