Unfortunately one of our housemates is leaving us to buy and we are looking for a new housemate (preferably a boy any age between 23-27).

We are a friendly house, young professionals, like to go out and have a good time together. You will be living with 1 guy (25) and 2 girls (25 & 26) working in legal, technology and events.

We’re flexible on dates, anytime from 01 September.

- big kitchen, was redecorated last August so it's pretty new
- kitchen opens up to lovely garden, with a BBQ
- massive open plan lounge/dining area
- dining table in both the dining area and the kitchen

- bathroom with a bath/shower - shared with 1 guy and 1 girl

- bills are around £100pppm – including internet, weekly cleaner, gas, electric, council tax, water, TV license etc
- deposit is £1050
