Lovely Double Room in Clapham South

We have a lovely double bedroom available in our friendly houseshare as one of our current housemates is moving back to New Zealand.

We are currently 5 girls living here who all met through spareroom. We all get on really well and enjoy hanging out together: cooking, watching tv, nights out as a house, but we also do our own thing and have our own social groups in London.

The room has a double bed, large wardrobe, large chest of drawers, and bedside table.

There are 2 bathrooms in the house shared between 4 housemates. (As One room is an en-suite) There is also a big eat-in kitchen, a separate living room, garage (more storage!) and a large garden.

We are less than 10 minutes walk to Clapham South tube where there is a big tesco, and 10 - 15 minutes walk to Balham where there are lots of cafes, & restaurants (plus station for national rail). We're also really close (1 min walk) to the bus stop for Brixton and Stockwell.

Bills come to £100-£110 per month incl a fortnightly cleaner.

The move in date is ideally the 27th November.

If I wasn’t moving back to NZ I would not be moving out, I have absolutely loved living here and have had the best time with my housemates and hope you do too.
