Great Double in Large Clapham South House

Hey,

We have a large double bedroom going in a huge house in Clapham South. We are yet to move in, but are looking for a 4th flat mate in our new home.

The House is a short (5-10 minute) walk from Clapham South underground, as well as being close to Clapham common (15 minute).
Plus it has good bus links to Clapham Junction, Vauxhall etc.
It is also in a great spot for the common, restaurants and good pubs.

The House

- 4 large double bedrooms
- 2 shared bathrooms
- kitchen and dinning room,
- Spacious living room, great for film nights, socialising etc
- Extra storage cupboards (one each)
- decent size garden, good for having friends over, bbqs, drinks
- 3 Great housemates

House Mates

- 2 girls 1 Guy
- aged between 23-26
- All easy going professionals working in the city.
- We are looking looking for someone like-minded (sociable, fun, clean and easy-going), we're fairly independent but still up for a flat night in/out, films, takeaway or a trip to the pub.
- Interests include, football, running, art, reading, and food amongst others.

Bills aren't included and as we are yet to move in we have no exact details/prices. The previous tenants said that they came to about £100.

The Room itself is a good size, fully furnished, comes with a desk and its own seperate storage. Plus a interesting carpet.
