We're looking for a friendly, sociable, (ideally male to fit in with the dynamic) professional aged between 28-34 to join our lovely house share in Clapham South. We are all working professionals so we don’t want someone who will be throwing midweek house parties, but all the same we don’t want a room hermit 😁.
One of our current housemates is going travelling for 6-7 months, so ideally you’d be living here for that long as current housemate will be back from his travels then, returning April 2025 👍🏻
Bills will be around £175 per month and will be on top of the £630 pcm rent.
The house has a kitchen, dining area, big front room, 1 bathroom and a small garden. Rooms come fully equipped with all the furniture and the rest of the house has all the other bits you need (washing machine, microwave etc.) You'll be living with 3 lads (one Southerner and two Aussies) all aged between 29-33. We are a friendly bunch and are after a sociable, clean and tidy person who is respectful of their surroundings.
We are 5-10 minutes away from the tube station (Clapham South), Clapham Common, and all the shops on the high street (Tesco, Sainsbury’s, M&S).
