Couple Wanted for Double in Clapham South

We have a large ensuite double room available from early September in our modern terraced house. The house is airy and bright, with a big open kitchen (including dishwasher), and a separate living room. The living room faces out onto the lovely garden and has a table that can comfortably host 6-8 people for dinner. The garden is south facing, so we’ve been making great use of the sun to have regular BBQ’s! There’s also bike storage in the garden if you need it.
The house is perfectly located only a 3 minute walk from Clapham South tube station, along with a large Tesco, Sainsbury’s and M&S. Clapham Common is just at the end of the road, and the cafes and pubs of Abbeville Road are only 5 mins away.
The room is a large double with a king-sized bed, and an ensuite with a shower and sink. There is plenty of storage with the triple wardrobe, chest of drawers and inbuilt under bed storage. There’s also a desk if you’re still working from home!
You will be sharing with two lovely ladies in their 20’s. Lyndal is a junior architect from Australia and Anu is a dancer from Ireland. Both are social, LGBTQ+ friendly and love a bit of wine/chocolate and trash TV. They’re looking for a kind, laid-back couple who are social and considerate.
Rent is £885 per month, with bills on top coming out at about £85 per person. Move in date will be the 9th of September, with rent paid on the 9th of each month. Rental and employer references required.
