Small bedroom - family home

The flat has 3 bedrooms, at the moment in a room it’s my partner Antonio, me and our future newborn baby boy. The room comes fully furnished, it is a double room ( single occupancy only) with a wardrobe and chest of drawers. The flat has a comfortable living room, shared toilet and fully fitted kitchen with all the essentials, all provided by us.
All bills are included, plus super fast WIFI and council tax.
We are looking for someone starting in mid August, someone very clean, responsible and friendly. This is a family home so we want someone calm as our house is a peaceful one and not a party one. We can be a bit flexible with dates if we find the right fit.
